I did this for the western states a few minutes ago, and thought it would only take me about 10 minutes to do it for all the states so please follow me below the fold for the #s.
The first numbers are net dem % increase, the second numbers are absolute dem % increase.

States where we lost ground: Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and possibly Alaska (Not all results are in there)
States where we stayed the same: Massachusetts, Oklahoma, West Virginia
States where we improved: EVERYWHERE ELSE!!! That's 43 states my friend!
Biggest Net Improvements: HI +36, IN + 22, ND +20, UT +17, VA +17, MT + 17, NE + 17, NM + 16, DE +16
Now, obviously, we improved everywhere because Obama kicked the pants off of McCain, but if we can net improve 22 in Indiana, 17 in Utah and 20 in North Dakota then we are obviously on the right track with the 50 State Strategy.
This shows swings, so improvements in Democratic numbers and decreases in Republican numbers. The absolute numbers show absolute Dem improvements
All numbers pulled from the Daily Kos Electoral Map, reflecting most recent numbers.
